WHAT IS THE COMFORT GUARANTEE AND WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE JANUS MATTRESS?
The 100-Night, No-Risk Sleep Trial allows you to return your mattress for a full refund if you don’t absolutely love it for whatever reason. It is your responsibility to request your return within those 100 nights. In doing so, we’ll arrange for your mattress to be removed by one of our removal partners, housing facilities or local charities. Once removed, we’ll issue a full refund. The refund process usually takes between 5-9 business days and varies depending on your geographical location and what local services are available. To initiate a return, email support@janussleep.com. The subject line of the email should read “Return Request” and your order number, along with the time and date of purchase should be listed. In the body of the email, include the full name on the order and a description of what’s prompting your return. Within 1-2 business days, one of our Customer Support Specialists will respond with the next steps to schedule a removal date.
DO YOU OFFER COMFORT GUARANTEES ON PRODUCTS OTHER THAN THE JANUS MATTRESS?
No. We do not offer comfort guarantees on any products other than the Janus Mattress. However, we do offer warranties on all products that we sell should you have any issues with manufacturers defects.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

Orders placed with Janus Sleep are processed for shipment as quickly as possible. To cancel or modify an order any time prior to shipment, please contact us at (844) 378-7774 as soon as possible.

Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. If you purchased a Product using an offer code or gift code, the dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned. If you purchased a Product using consumer financing, we will contact the financial institution on your behalf and terminate the agreement.
