The 100-Night, No-Risk Sleep Trial allows you to return your mattress for a full refund if you don’t absolutely love it for whatever reason. It is your responsibility to request your return within those 100 nights. In doing so, we’ll arrange for your mattress to be removed by one of our removal partners, housing facilities or local charities. Once removed, we’ll issue a full refund. The refund process usually takes between 5-9 business days and varies depending on your geographical location and what local services are available. To initiate a return, email email@example.com

In the body of the email, include the full name on the order and a description of what’s prompting your return.
